2. Enrollment & Admissions

Enrollment is confirmed only after registration and payment of applicable fees. Students must provide accurate personal and contact details. The academy reserves the right to accept or decline admissions based on seat availability and suitability.

3. Fees & Payments

All course fees must be paid on or before the due date. Fees once paid are non-refundable, except in cases approved by management. Missed classes due to student absence are not eligible for fee adjustments. SS Music Academy reserves the right to revise fees with prior notice.

4. Class Schedule & Attendance

Students are expected to attend classes regularly and on time. Rescheduling of classes is subject to tutor availability. Repeated absenteeism may lead to discontinuation without refund.

5. Code of Conduct

• Handle instruments and academy property with care
• Maintain discipline and appropriate behavior

The academy may suspend or terminate enrollment for misconduct.

6. Online Classes & Digital Learning

Stable internet and a suitable device are the student's responsibility. Recording of online sessions without permission is prohibited. SS Music Academy is not responsible for technical issues on the student's side.

7. Performances, Events & Media

Students may be invited to participate in events, competitions, or performances. Photos/videos taken during classes or events may be used for academy promotions, website, or social media unless written objection is provided.

8. Intellectual Property

All course materials, lesson plans, recordings, and content belong to SS Music Academy. Materials may not be copied, shared, or distributed without permission.

9. Health & Safety

Students must inform the academy of any medical conditions. The academy is not liable for injuries occurring due to negligence or failure to follow instructions.

10. Limitation of Liability

SS Music Academy is not responsible for personal belongings lost or damaged on premises, technical failures affecting online sessions, or outcomes of external competitions or exams.

11. Website Usage

By using our website, you agree not to misuse, hack, or disrupt services and not to copy or reproduce website content without permission.

12. Termination of Services

The academy may suspend or terminate services for non-payment of fees, violation of rules, or disruptive or inappropriate behavior.
