What We Are Looking For
- Strong subject expertise in vocals, instruments, or music production
- Prior teaching or coaching experience (in-person and/or online)
- Clear communication, patience, and a student-first mindset
- Professionalism and commitment to scheduled classes
Responsibilities
- Conduct structured lessons based on academy curriculum
- Guide students with technique, practice routines, and progress tracking
- Prepare students for performances, exams, or showcases
- Collaborate with the academy team to maintain quality standards
